Mae had her first taste of cereal on Friday evening. She didn't quite know what to think about it. Unfortunately, we haven't had time to revisit it since Friday. We're still working hard on taking a bottle.Our friend, Amanda Bullen stayed with Jack and Mae on Friday night. She passed along some funny stories. Jack is obsessed with the weekend, especially Saturdays. He loves spending the whole day with his Dad, pancakes in the morning, going on adventures, playing non-stop. He asked Amanda, if she had Saturdays at her house. When she responded yes, Jack said, "You mean your daddy comes home and plays with you all day long!?"
When they were finishing up stories before bed, Jack said, "How 'bout a bible story, that always cheers you up." During the evening, Amanda remarked that one of his towers was cool. Jack said, "My dad says cool, my mom says cute." This kid is so perceptive!!!
