So I've been gone awhile, but with good reason. Mae has been potty training. She decided two months ago (after an obsession with the toilet and all things potty) that she was ready to take the plunge. This time around has been an absolute joy! My experience with Jack involved much weeping and gnashing of teeth, from both parties. Mae settled herself on the opposite side of the spectrum. She decided it was time and with the exception of a few accidents, once we put on her Dora panties there has been no turning back. We didn't even have to bribe her, a few M&M's and lots of positive reinforcement did the trick. We even get cheers when we pee pee on the potty!
First day back to preschool.
