Happy fourth Mae-Mae!

In true Mae fashion, she provided one word for her birthday party theme - strawberry. So we ran with it- pin the stem on the strawberry, a strawberry hunt in the front yard (don't worry we used wrapped candy not real fruit!) and plenty of playtime with her sweet girl friends.

We have been blessed by our first four years with Mae. I can't help but laugh when she erupts into giggles or song. She is forever telling me, "Mommy, you look pretty." Quite an ego boost, especially on a school morning when my hair is pulled back and I've thrown on sweats. Mae inherited the best parts of Adam - optimism, flexibility, and gentleness. My life is brightened each day by her sunny disposition. Thank you my sweet Mae-Mae.
