as we are affectionately calling it. Our plans were way laid by the flu, so we celebrated in pieces at the North Carolina Museum of Art, a yummy Italian restaurant, and the park. We got to spend a fun afternoon with Will, Karen, and Dad. Gifts were exchanged in the parking lot and the driveway at Mom and Dad's. Mom waved to the grandkids from the window of her room then we were off to Winston-Salem for Sellner Christmas. Not what we planned or expected, but the day was memorable!
