We chose a 98 degree day to head out to the Lazy 5 Ranch. The animals were hungry and the flies were buzzing! Mae was only seven months old the last time we rode the wagon. Her eyes were wide the first time an emu starting snatching food out of her bucket.

Andrew was surprised when the horses picked up a little speed to make it to the crest of the hill.
Four of the families from the Sherwood Forest Playgroup. Our friends Jack and Drew (far left) are moving next week. They will be sorely missed by their buddies from the neighborhood.
