Labor Day weekend we traveled to South Mountain with the Schweppes. The hike was perfect for little legs and the path along the waterfall was beautiful.

Daniel and Jack had fun reconnecting.

Jack's soggy trip down the mountain. While playing in the stream he fell in up to his chest.

Sweet Anna riding in the backpack.

After our hike, we spent the afternoon at a bluegrass festival right outside of Falston.

Mae, teaching Anna how to ring the bell on the front porch.

I rounded the corner to find both of my kids stripped down to their shorts. That is certainly par for the course with Jack, but we are trying to teach Mae a little modesty. Dad (and Elizabeth) had some explaining to do...

Tuning up in the woods. This was our favorite band of the afternoon.

Jack tries to catch a toad steps away from the stage.
